Your 2019 RMD amount goes nowhere on your tax return.

If this is a traditional IRA and you had distributions from a traditional IRA, after clicking the Continue button on the Your 1099-R Entries page TurboTax will ask for your year-end balance in traditional IRAs if it needs this information.  TurboTax will also ask for your 2018 year-end balance in traditional IRAs if you made an excess traditional IRA contribution for 2018.
