I have a 1099R that was for my wife, Seems I have no way to enter it other than under my name. Is this correct?

On the page that asks you what kind of 1099-R you have, in the middle of the page, there should be a question that asks whose 1099-R it is and a radio button with your name and a radio button with your wife's name. Click on the appropriate radio button to assign ownership of the 1099-R
