I have a 1099r but i did not take any money out of it I was told I could cash that money out but i never received it

If you never received the money then you will have the code "G" in box 7 of the 1099-R. However, you are still required to enter the 1099-R in your tax return.

What did you do with the money then? Where is it?
Was it rolled over?

What code is in box 7 on the 1099-R?
