I have a 1099-R. I contributed to retirement when i was living in North Dakota. I live in PA now. I took the total distribution from my retirement. Is it taxable in pa?

I am also filing ND return and saying whole amount is reported to ND? is it still reported in PA tax return?

The retirement distribution should be allocated to the state that you are a resident of when you received it. Are you filing part-year resident tax returns? If so, visit the TurboTax Help articles How do I file a part-year state return? and How do I allocate (split) income for a part-year state return? for further explanation.
