No. You do not send the IRS a copy of the form, but you do need to report this on your return.
Thank you, I should have clarified, TurboTax wanted me to upload the form so it could be sent to irs I think. I don’t understand as it’s should already have but TurboTax needed me to upload it for some reason.
Check in your forms list and make sure you do not have multiple 1099-DAs entered. If you do, delete them. And when you entered your from, did you change the default answer to YES? on the Did you get a 1099-DA? screen?

Thank you. I answered the question with yes, I received a 1099-da. I don’t see multiple forms for that. And I can’t even find where I uploaded and attached it to TurboTax
you do all this so the amount will be included on Schedule D.
If it says mark Box G or J, you won't send the 1099-DA details (not attached).
