Assuming that the payer did not totally mess up this Form 1099-R, you have at least three different individual Forms 1099-R on the page that you received from the payer. In addition to the IRS not permitting more than two codes to be combined on an individual Form 1099-R, codes 2 and 7 are never permitted to be used together on an individual Form 1099-R because code 2 indicates a distribution made before you reached age 59½ and code 7 indicates a distribution made after you reached age 59½. Further, code G is never permitted to be combined with code 2 or code 7. If the code B is not clearly combined with one of the other codes (two codes side-by-side), it's likely that the code B represents yet another individual Form 1099-R.
Each individual Form 1099-R must be entered into TurboTax separately. Each will have its own amount for box 1 as well as other boxes such as box 2a for any taxable amount and box 4 for federal income tax withholding. These are not permitted to be summed together onto a single 1099-R form in TurboTax.
Only two codes are allowed to be used in box 7 of the Form 1099-R.

Thank you for a knowledgeable response. I actually have 4 forms with 4 different codes as you surmised. The solution the turbo advisor came up with was to upload the docs which seems like a reasonable solution..I hope so anyway. Thanks again....
