I have 2 different numbers for Box 12 of my W-2, but Turbotax does not say which one they are asking for, any assistance?

Each W-2 box 12 amount will have a code next to it.  Enter the first Box 12 code and amount on the W-2 input screen, then click "+Add another row" to enter the second Box 12 code and amount. (see sample screenshot below)
