I have 1099-MISC, no W-2 for 2018 part-time job. How can I tell Turbotax that I've no retirement plan at work for an IRA detuctible contribution for 2018?

When you enter the amount of contribution, you will be asked if you have a retirement plan at work. You would say no. This is how:
