I had to repay my employer my long term disability benefits when I received my lump sum SSI benefits. Can I take this off my taxes?

If you reported the disability income you received from your employer on your tax return, you can indicate that you 'repaid part of your SSI benefits' to your employer.

If the disability income wasn't taxable when you received it, you can't take a deduction for the repayment.
