I had taxes taken out of my daughter's social security check she receives from her father passing away. How do I include this on my taxes.

You don't. Her social security does not go on your tax return. Fill out a return for her, stating that she is your dependent, to recover the withholding.
If she has no other income that would require her to file taxes, discontinue the withholding so that you don't have to do this every year.
