I had an Adl Fed Tax withdrawl of $10.00 taken out on each paycheck for the whole year, 52 weeks. Is that calculated into the fed tax already, or do I calculate it in?

It is included in the amount in box 2 on your W2.  It is not broken out.  So it is already included on your return.
