Sounds like you are entering your Railroad Retirement in the W-2 section of TurboTax.
Type 'w2' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to w2'.
On the W-2 Summary page, Delete the W-2 entry.
Click this link for instructions on How to Enter Railroad Retirement Benefits.

Are you trying to enter a W2 or did you get a 1099R?
