I had a 401k rollover into another plan but I can’t proceed because it is looking for how much I received, which was zero.

If there is a Code G, you don't have to do anything else. It is not taxable. If you took the money and rolled it over, you will encounter a question in the interview section asking what you did with the money. If your returned to to another retirement account within 60 days, indicate that on the screen.

Enter the Form 1099-R exactly as received. Do not make any modifications to the amounts in any of the boxes.
