I got distributions from 2 different plans but only have boxes for one. How do I report the distribution from the second plan?

You need to enter each one separately.  To do that:

1.  Click Federal on the left-hand side menu.

2.  Click Income across the top.

3.  Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click Show more.

4.  Click Start or Edit/Add by IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).

Click on +Add Another 1099-R to enter your other one.
