I got a 1099 MISC in Box 7 for $350.00 for Nonemployee compensaion. It is a uniform allowance they give us in a separate check. Is this 1099 correct for the box?

It's not correct because if it's a nonaccountable allowance (you don't have to show you purchased uniforms) it should have been on your return as taxable wages.

Because it's under the self-employment tax limit of $400, I would just enter it as if it's in Box 3.
