I go a W-2 from my disability benefit provider Liberty mutual with box 1 indicating 0.00. What can I do?

If you claimed disability benefits and paid for the premiums then the benefits are not taxable. If your employer helped to pay for the premiums, then the benefits are taxable and you need to have the W-2 corrected.
