I forgot to take out my inherited IRA distribution in 2017, I took it out January 2018. Since I don't have a 1099-R form, how do I claim this correctly on my taxes?

You would not claim that on this year's taxes since you did not take out the money until 2018.
In mid-Feb 2019, you will receive a Form 1099-R for that 2018 distribution and you can enter it into TurboTax when you prepare your 2018 returns.
