Tax Year Prior to 2020: I filled my taxes on the 2/7/20 and they did not get accepted yet by the irs and it’s now 2/13/20 they should have accepted them by now right?

It can take a few days for the IRS and/or your state to accept the returns. It depends on how many returns are submitted during that time frame.
