@ankitbhatia01 , if the taxable amount on your 1099-R is zero, then there is no change to your AGI. My suggestion would be to leave it alone, keep your records and wait. If the IRS AUR flags this as un-reported income, it generally will be looked by human and will show zero taxable and there is the end to it. If however, AUR issues a CP2000 or similar notice ( under reported income ) then respond and tell IRS why you did not report -- there is no taxable income ( or 1099-R had code G ).
