I entered my 1099-G twice by mistake. Turbo Tax will not allow me to delete duplicate entry.

The trashcan icon is not working for you so you need to delete the extra form. 

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
3. then  select Tools.
4. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
5. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
