I dont get an option to put in my 8915-E for my covid-19 401k withdrawl. is this available yet? as i file on turbotax i dont get to put the form in.

Yes it is available.

What code is on box 7 on your 1099-R?

There is a bug in the online version, that the questions are not asked if there is a code B.

You do not see the Form 8915-E. It is generated after you enter the Form 1099-R and answer the Covid-19 question concerning the withdrawal.

Enter or edit the 1099-R.

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
