It seems like this is information from the prior year got transferred over. If this Form 1099 does not apply to you, you can simply remove it from the program. ( 1099 MISC/ 1099DIV/1099INT etc)
In TurboTax online edition,
1. Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
2. On your left, Select Tax Tools / drop down menu
3. Select Tools
4. Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
5. Select Delete next to Form 1099 and Continue with My Return to proceed
