I don’t have a retirement fund, I didn’t take money from it, why does the irs think I have a 1099-R,

Does this have something to do with stimulus payments? Where do I go to obtain a copy of my 1099-R?

If you do not have a retirement account and did not take money out of a retirement account there is no reason for you to have a 1099R. If it is asking for one you answered something incorrectly.
