I din't understand why I have a question about an untitled 1099-R?

Enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to 1099-R

On the Your 1099-R Entries screen, if there is form listed and you did not receive a form 1099-R, then delete the form.
