I didn't get a 1099R in the mail, what do I do?

I withdrew from my retirement last year, but I didn't get a 1099R in the mail?...how do I proceed?

I would advice you to contact the trustee (issuer) to verify if you will be receiving one soon.

As IRS will also receive a copy of your Form 1099-R, it is important for you to report the correct and consistent information to match their records.
