I did not receive a 1099-R and I took money out of my IRA in 2020

.......check the account at your IRA provider too....some people have set their accounts to only have e-forms and not mailed out....and you may have done this for your account.

I get 3 1099-R forms this year, and have to log into my accounts to download the 1099-Rs as PDF files, because I didn't want them sent by mail.

I received a 1099R but I don't know the company that sent it and I never took out any money from a retirement plan. Do I have have to put this form on my tax return?
