I did not receive a 1099-R tax form, but turbotax is requiring me to enter information from this form. What should I do in this situation?

How is TurboTax requiring you to enter this information? TurboTax does not know if you have received the form or not.

Note that it is possible to accidently indicate to TurboTax that you have a 1099-R, so in the Review TurboTax will insist (correctly) that you complete it.

If you don't have a 1099-R, then please do a Search (upper right) for 1099-r and click on the jump-to link (Mac users must find 1099-R in the Topics List). NOTE: when you type in 1099-r, just hit enter - do not click on any of the suggested search terms.

This will take you to the 1099-R area in the interview. If you had already accidently indicated that you had a 1099-R (it's easier than you think), then use the Delete button or the trash can icon on the right to delete it.
