You can make a 2022 estimated tax payment using this IRS payment website with Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments
If $33,680 is the sum of $27,888 and $5,792 of other income, it seems that you would not owe any taxes because none of your Social Security income would be taxable. On the other hand, if $33,680 is your adjusted gross income or taxable income, your tax liability might be more than $1,500 and, no matter how much of an estimated tax payment you make, you could have an underpayment penalty for earlier quarters unless you had some taxes withheld from some of your income (other than the Social Security from which you said you had no taxes withheld).
You have until Jan 15 to make the last estimated tax payment of any amount you choose.
Use the upcoming 2022 tax software to discover your tax and any penalty you may be facing.
