I contributed $4200 to Roth & $1800 to Traditional in 2019.$4511 from Roth was recharacterized to Traditional.Is the earnings of $311 considered an IRA contribution?

I am trying to determine how to document the earnings of my original Roth contribution since the amount had to be reclassified from Roth to Traditional. Does the IRS consider the reclassified amount as the new official contribution?
