I contribute to a ROTH TSP. I am also part of the new BRS with the military. Does this information apply to my taxes, as a ROTH IRA? Also they match 5%. Does that count?

If this is reported by your employer on your W-2 in box 12, you do not enter it again. A Roth TSP account is not a personal Roth IRA and does not get entered anywhere else. A TSP is similar to a 401(k).
