I contribute money every month to a retirement plan through paychex and I'm suppose to get everything I donate back however I don't see where I report that money?

If on your paycheck, then your employer reports it in box 12 on your W-2. That is the only place that it is reported.

But I received back all the money I contributed last year and my tax return is not showing that money?

In my refund last year. My tax lady last year reported it on form 8880 line 2 elective deferrals to a 401k

That is not getting it back, that is a separate tax credit for the contributions. If you have the same 401(K) - code "D" in box 12 on our W-2, then that will go on a 8880 this year if you qualify.
