I completed turbo tax forms for my 16 year old son who receives social scurity benefits as I am retired. When I printed the forms all ampounts were 0. Did I do something

I received  $9,324.00 for him

The Social Security benefits that the child received would only be reported on his tax return.  There is no need or benefit to file a tax return with only Social Security income entered.
