I cashed out a retirement Portable Account Fund from previous employer UPS. I elected to tax money at time of withdrawal. I do not have the gross amount now, only net.

I have the amount deposited to me, I do not have the total amount or how much was withheld.

If it happened in 2020 you need to have a 1099R for it. There are codes on it you need. Ask the plan for another copy.
