I cant enter my 1099R because turbo does nor support my bank

1) Other way around; Your bank has chosen not to participate with download availability.

2) You can make all required 1099-R inputs manually with the copy your bank was required to provide to you by 31 January. Contact your bank if you don't have your 1099-R by 14 February.

I paid my state tax due with my bank account and Turbo Tax took it out of my federal refund. How can I get that corrected?
