I bought a house and I get a bonus for finance with my bank. the amount was 2500 that was used for them in closing costs. I don't receive a 1099. that money is taxable?

No, the bonus for financing with your bank is not taxable income. 

This would be considered a non-taxable rebate on the purchase of your loan.

No, the bonus for financing with your bank is not taxable income. 

This would be considered a non-taxable rebate on the purchase of your loan.
