I began a 2019 return but was missing a 1099R from the govt. It took a few months, I want to continue this return where I left off but all the info seems to be gone.

Sorry 2019 is closed.  Online is only for 2020 now.  You need to switch to the Desktop program.  How to finish a prior year online return
