No, because you are already getting the deduction via a reduction in your taxable income in box 1.
If you enter your W2 as printed, with the box 12 codes and amounts, then no further reporting is needed.

No, because you are already getting the deduction via a reduction in your taxable income in box 1.
If you enter your W2 as printed, with the box 12 codes and amounts, then no further reporting is needed.
