I am trying to correct a line item on my return....it shows the form and the space in ? but willnot letme type a new figure in

Please try logging out and logging back and clearing cookies on your browser or trying a different browser.   Here is a link on how to clear cookies on major browsers:  Clearing Cookies on my Browser

If that doesn't help, and you cannot make the correction, please go ahead and delete the form and re-enter any date from that form.  

To delete a form:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
