I am self-employed with two LLC’s, in addition I have income as a singer that gives me multiple 1099’s, and I also teach private lessons that has no 1099’s. What version?
Do each of these need a schedule C of their own, and if so, do I have to pay $100+ for each one on TurboTax?

Yes, you will need three separate Schedule Cs for your 2 LLCs and one Independent Contractor incomes. They can all be included in one single program, either Self-Employed if you prefer the Online version or Home and Business for the Desktop version
