I am retired. I live in Thailand. You keep asking for a State, what do I do?

The screenshot below will help guide you:

1.  Click My Info on the left-hand side menu.

2.  Scroll down to Mailing address.

3.  Click Edit to the right of your old address.

Scroll down to 2. Tell us the state(s) you lived in.

Choose Foreign or US Possession.  Click Continue to get back to My Info.  Select Foreign country from the menu.
