I am retired and moved from PA to MD in September. How do I file for two states using Turbo Tax?

When you complete the Personal Interview:

Select Maryland as your state of residence on December 31, 2016;
Answer "Yes" when asked if you "Lived in another state in 2016?" That other state would be Pennsylvania.

These responses will prompt the program to recommend filing part-year resident returns for both MD and PA.
