I am retired and earned a small amount on 1099misc. I paid somebody 1/2 of earnings to help. How can I report that on my Turbo Tax?

The rest of my earnings are from SS or retirement plans.

It depends on the form you are using to file your return. You would list it as an itemized deduction on Form 1040.
If you are filing a short form without deductions, you will not be able to report it as one.
