I am on federal review and it is askimg me to check this entry. it is a 1099-R form Am i suppose to relist them all

Type '1099r' in the Search window and 'Jump to 1099r' entry point.

On the 1099-R Summary page, choose Edit for the entry in question and be sure it is correct (see screenshot).

Sometimes the review will take you to a Field on a Form it has a question about or needs more info.
