I am not able to enter payor's EIN for 1099-B and 1099-DIV forms for 2018?

I see a spot to list the Account Number used by the 1099 Payor, but not the Payors Federal ID Number which is on both the 1099-B and 1099-DIV forms.

You don't need to enter anything other than what is requested.  In both cases, you enter the name of the issuer, EIN is not required.
