I am leaving a job and taking out the 401K 10% penalty , and 20% federal tax . I have moved to a state that doesn't require state tax . will i have to pay the state tax

i purchased a home in florida ,since i will not be filling until next year . will i have to pay the georgia state tax on the 401 k dispersment ?

You will have to pay tax in Georgia if that is the state who paid out the 401K.
