I am entering my 1099 and it says to enter the #from box D? There is not a box D on my 1099? It will not allow me to go forward with out it? What should I do?

For tax year 2019 there are 19 different 1099 forms. For example: 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, ... . Which specific 1099 are you referring to?
