Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I am done with federal, now it is asking me to fill in zip code for my w-2, we do not have a w-2, we are retired with 1999-R. What is wrong? what should I do?

I am using turbotax Deluxe. I haven't had  a W-2 for many years and I don't know what to do, as it is checking my Federal and says it needs zip code for W-2. Help?

Open your tax return
Switch to Forms Mode
Find the W-2 and open it...then go to the bottom of the screen and hit the "Delete Form" selection.

The back to step-by-step and run thru your error checks again.

You can also view if you have any W-2 entries by taking the following steps in step-by-step mode

1.) Federal

2.) Wages and Income

3.) Wages and Salaries

4.) Click through the screens until you see Here's Your W-2 Info

If there are any partial entries that shouldn't be there, you can delete them from this screen.
