We don't understand your question. What $41,000?
How do I know if I file my 41k Income taxes correctly for my state taxes. I all ready submit it & got my taxes refund
Depends. Print or pull up the pdf of your 2020 TurboTax return then compare the amounts reported for you 401K distribution on the Federal return and the state return. If they are the same, your state coupled with the Cares Act provisions. If they are different and the state amount is higher, then your state did not couple with the Cares Act provisions.
If you are wondering if you included the state withholding on your 1099R input, you can reopen your return by indicating you want to Add a State on you Tax Home page, left hand side. You will not be adding a state but this will open your return back up to review your 1099R input. After getting back into TurboTax by selecting "Add a State", select Federal on the left hand column to review your 1099R input.
