Form 1040 Schedule 1, Part II, Line 18 allows this deduction. How do I add it to my return on TurboTax?

You enter it from the 1099INT you get from the bank. It should be in box 2. Did you get the 1099 yet?

When you enter the 1099-INT in TurboTax,

check the box below box 1 that says "My form has info in more than just box 1."
Enter the early withdrawal penalty in box 2.
