How to I get to the income screen to enter an revised 1099 received just now. I have not filed yet, but cant get to screen to enter data

Which type of 1099? What are the letters after 1099?

Carolyn M that does not work to get access to income screen.  The only way I was able to get to the screen was to click on prepare a state return even tho no state income tax in Texas. I was then able to enter new 1099 info.  This is something Intuit needs to fix!!!!

The easiest way to enter/revise these entries to go to the search button at the top of your return, type in the form, then click the jump to link.

or you can  revisit each

1099-INT are entered as: 

Federal

Income & Expenses

Scroll to Interest on 1099-INT

1099-B are entered as:

Federal

Income & Expenses

Scroll to Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other, select
